Urban Bank needs a senior project manager who can hold a launch date and a sentence at the same time. If the site says a transfer is same-day, the app and the branch must say it that week, not the week after.

You will plan work across design, engineering, content, and the desk. You will not sign loans or move money. You will make sure the people who do that have the screens and the notes on time.

What you will do

You will own the calendar for product changes: a new card page, a fee line, a hold template, or a career form. You will write the checklist, name the owner of each line, and call out when copy is still lorem or when a figure is still a placeholder.

You will run a short stand-up and a longer review before go-live. Legal and compliance get a pass on pages that mention rates, limits, or under-18 rules. Marketing does not publish until that pass is done.

You will log what slipped and why, without blaming a channel. The next launch uses that log.

Engineering leads, the digital marketer, the writer, branch operations, and whoever owns the confirmation screen. You escalate when two teams have two figures for the same fee.
