A business loan at Urban Bank is a schedule you can read before you sign. Instalment dates, the interest figure we are allowed to print, and the fees sit on one sheet. We do not add a fee after signature that was not on that sheet.

Short-term and term loans are for registered businesses. Personal overdrafts and card spend are separate products. If a campaign mixes them, the campaign is wrong — not the contract.

How it works

You bring registration papers, recent statements, and the purpose of the funds. A banker lists what is missing. Credit review is not instant because a page said “fast”. When we have a decision, you get a schedule. You sign only if the numbers match what you were shown.

Drawdown and repayment post to the same ledger as your business account. A late payment hold uses the same hold sentence as other Urban Bank holds. The app will not show “paid” if the desk still has an open instalment.

This site does not run a loan calculator that invents a rate. Any example rate is labelled as an example. Your rate is the one on the offer letter.

• Each repayment date and amount
• Fees named before you sign — not “processing later”
• After drawdown, the remaining schedule in the same view as the account

What this is not

We do not approve loans from a marketing form alone. The contact form starts a conversation. Underwriting still happens on the file. We also do not hide a balloon payment in the last line of a PDF if the offer summary omitted it.

Early settlement, if allowed, is described on the offer. Do not assume a web page about “flexible” means a free exit.

How to start

Use Talk to us or visit a Mumbai branch with company registration and statements. Ask for the schedule on paper before you sign. If the app and the letter disagree, stop and ask the banker to reprint — do not pay against the wrong line.
