Clear fees before you send
How Urban shows transfer fees on one screen before you confirm.

Bank customer
Before you confirm a transfer, Urban lists the amount that leaves the account, the fee, and the amount the other person should receive. Those three figures sit on one screen so you are not adding them up from a receipt later.
If a correspondent bank may add its own charge, that line is marked as an estimate. We do not hide it behind a tooltip. Confirm only when the total matches what you meant to send.
What you see before you send
The confirm screen repeats the destination name, the last digits of the account, and the reference you typed. If any of those is wrong, use Back. Changing them after the transfer has left the queue is a separate request and can take a working day.
Domestic transfers that stay inside Urban do not add a correspondent line. Cross-border transfers always show a fee row, even when the fee is zero for that corridor.
You get
A PDF you can download from the transfer detail. It repeats the same three figures. If a hold is still open, the PDF says so in plain language instead of a code.

“The fee is on the confirm screen. If that number is not what you expected, do not tap Send. Close the request and start again with the right corridor.”
Don't miss these
Read the fee row once
A transfer that has not arrived yet is usually still a hold, not a missing fee. If the destination bank has not posted the credit, Urban still shows the debit and the fee as completed on your side. The status line will say Waiting for the other bank until they post.
If you need a SWIFT copy, request it from the same transfer detail. We do not charge extra for that copy on Urban-to-Urban or on corridors listed as same-day.
Open the transfer from Accounts → Activity. The fee never moves to a different screen after you confirm.
